Please note that this item is not a trailer hitch.  The item offered for sale is what you see in the first photo. This is a new slide in 2" front mounted receiver style mount. Requires no drilling to install behind the front bumper of your military HUMVEE. It can be used with any 2 inch square hitch or our winch plate. Made in USA of American made steel.  The overall length is 23" long. The on-center spacing hole-to-hole the long way is 19".  The on-center-spacing hole to hole the short way is 2.5".  While this item is designed to work with our quick-attach winch mounting plate, it could be used for a ball hitch or pintle hitch or for other utility purposes.   It's a great feature for a farm and ranch truck or hunting vehicle.
