New SECOND GENERATION swing away tire carrier and bumper combination. Works with any military Humvee with a rear bumper

SECOND GENERATION FEATURES:  This is the only swing away tire carrier that has the following key features!  You can hook up and tow a trailer with your tire carrier remaining in place. With other tire carrier, the tire blocks access to the hitch.  NEXT, with this second generation hitch, when swung open, the tire and carrier will not swing into any rear mounted antennas.  This second generation tire carrier addresses shortcoming of the first generation tire carrier. 

This is for the purchase of 1 new swing away tire carrier and 1 airlift bumper.  It does not include the brackets, (hardware is optional add-on) to mount to the vehicle.  Generally speaking, we ship by Fastenal.  When shipping by Fastenal, it will be the buyers responsibility to pick up this item from the Fastenal destination.
