48" Length Cable.  Use any civilian vehicle with a 7-way spade type female plug to power up your military trailer.  Works for ALL U.S. military trailers including, but not limited to the following: M274,  M1102, M1102, M100, M416, M103A3, MKT-99, M105, M200 series, M900 series.  We also sell dual voltage LED trailer light bulbs that will function fine with your 12V civilian truck as well as your 24V military trailer.

  • Optional add-on for all adapter cables:
    • 3-pack of dielectric grease lubricant (1cc ea.). It is advised to use dielectric grease on electrical connectors for this item to prevent corrosion and ease assembly.

PLEASE NOTE: This adapter does not alter the voltage between towing vehicles and trailers. The voltage of the towing vehicle is the voltage that will go to the trailer.  For your purposes, you may need to buy different voltage trailer bulbs at your local auto parts store that are compatible with your towing vehicle’s voltage.

M101/M416 series, the larger M105, and the modern M1101/M1102 (for HMMWVs), plus specialized types like fuel tankers (M967) and water trailers (M149). They range from small cargo haulers (like the 1/4-ton M416) to heavy-duty flatbeds (like the M872) for transporting equipment, often designated by alphanumeric codes indicating their load capacity and type. 
Common U.S. Military Trailer Models
  • Light Cargo: M100, M416, M101A1/A2/A3 (general purpose, often 1/4 or 3/4 ton).
  • Medium/Heavy Cargo: M105A2 (larger cargo), M1101/M1102 (for HMMWVs).
  • Specialty:
    • Fuel/Water: M967/M969 (fuel tankers), M149A2 (water buffalo).
    • Flatbed: M871A2, M872 (heavy-duty for vehicles/equipment).
