This item works with both the OEM seat and after market seats. With this fully adjustable second generation seat adapter plate, you can move the driver's seat forward or back, putting you in the most comfortable driving position.  This item is manufactured by and exclusively available from Federal Military Parts.  The adjustable adapter plate includes mounting hardware, and adjusting rods with Rod stops. Note that the second generation version works with OEM seas as well as after market seats!
